Depending on service type and location, execution may be carried out by our own team or by independent service partners.

2. Booking & Advance Payment

Advance payment may be required to confirm booking and allocate manpower, vehicles, and resources.

3. Cancellation by Customer

Before Service Start

• Partial refund may be provided
• Administrative charges may be deducted

After Packing Started

• Charges for labour and materials will be deducted

After Vehicle Dispatch

• No refund will be provided

Same-Day Cancellation

• No refund applicable

4. Cancellation by Company

We may cancel or reschedule services due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete information
• Access or permission issues
• Non-payment
• Force majeure events

In such cases, rescheduling or partial refund may be offered.

5. Refund Eligibility

• Cancellation within allowed time
• Service not started or partially completed

6. Non-Refundable Cases

• Service completed or in progress
• Vehicle dispatched
• Incorrect details provided by customer
• Force majeure situations
• Customer not available

7. Non-Refundable Clause

Once a booking is confirmed and resources or a service partner has been assigned, the advance amount shall be considered non-refundable.

8. Third-Party Service Responsibility

In cases where services are executed by third-party partners, refund and cancellation terms may also be subject to the partner’s policies.

The Company acts as a coordination platform and will assist in resolution, but shall not be solely responsible for execution-related refunds.

• Refund to original payment method

10. Rescheduling

• Subject to availability
• Request 24–48 hours prior
• Additional charges may apply

11. No-Show Policy

• No refund if customer is unavailable
• Rebooking charges may apply

12. Dispute Resolution

• Contact within 48 hours
• Decision based on service records
• Company decision will be final
